2. What we collect and why

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to read your message and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and, if you ask about buying from us, taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) of the GDPR).

The form needs your consent to this policy before it sends. We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We do not store form messages on the website itself.

4. Who receives your data

Your message is sent by email to our mailbox. Our hosting and email provider, Hostinger, processes it for us on its servers and keeps standard technical server logs. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your message and our reply only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on your enquiry. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use, or a copy of it, and you can object to our use of it. Write to info@rankbeat.net and we will answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in your own EU country.

7. Changes

If we add features that use more data, such as online orders, we will update this policy before they start.
