Terms of sale and returns

1. Who we are

2. Current status

Rankbeat Shop is not taking orders yet. These terms will apply to every order from the day the shop opens. We will not accept orders before then.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm it by email or send the goods, whichever comes first. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro. The checkout will show the total, including VAT where it applies, and any delivery costs before you confirm the order. The accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery areas, delivery costs and estimated delivery times will be shown before you order. If we cannot deliver within the time we gave, tell us and we will work out a solution with you.

6. Your right to withdraw (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name who is not the carrier, receive the goods. For an order with several items delivered separately, they start when you receive the last item.

• To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by email to info@rankbeat.net, with your name, your order number and the items you are returning.
• Send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us. Unless we say otherwise before you order, you pay the direct cost of returning them.
• We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them.
• You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling them more than needed to check what they are and how they work.

7. Faulty or wrong goods

Goods must match what we sold you. Under Romanian and EU consumer law you have a legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts at least two years from delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We will repair or replace it, reduce the price, or refund you, as the law provides.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to info@rankbeat.net. We will reply as soon as we can. Consumers can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC, at anpc.ro.

9. Governing law

Romanian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
